Welcome, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance something has been feeling heavy, stuck, or harder than it “should” be. Whether that’s in your relationships, your inner world, or the way you’re coping day to day.
Therapy can be a space to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and to begin building something steadier: safety, clarity, and change that actually lasts.
This page will help you figure out whether I’m the right fit, and what the next step looks like.

You might be in the right place if…
1
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure why the same patterns keep repeating.
You might be seeking support for things like:
Anxiety, overthinking, or chronic self-doubt
Attachment wounds, relationship stress, or feeling emotionally unsafe
People-pleasing, perfectionism, or burnout
Difficulty regulating emotions or feeling “too much”
ADHD in women (especially late diagnosis and masking)
Disordered eating, binge eating, or shame around food and control
Trauma, complex trauma, or a history of emotionally immature caregiving
Life transitions, identity shifts, or wanting to feel more grounded
Often, the work is not about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding what your nervous system and attachment system learned to do to survive, and helping you move toward something more secure.
My work is attachment-informed, evidence-based, and collaborative.
I draw from therapies including:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Schema Therapy
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Eating Disorder Specific Therapies
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-informed care
This is a space where we work gently, but honestly. With warmth, depth, and practical tools.
(And yes, sometimes a little dry humour, because we’re human.)

What Therapy With Me Looks Like

Sessions are supportive and emotionally attuned.
Together, we might:
Map the patterns you keep getting pulled into
Understand your attachment style and relational needs
Build nervous system regulation and emotional capacity
Work through shame, self-criticism, or internal conflict
Strengthen boundaries, communication, and repair
Help you feel more secure, internally and with others
We move at the pace that you’re comfortable with, and are guided by what you want to work on.

Practical Details
If you’d like to begin, fill out the below form as a first step.
You may also book an appointment via the Book Now link .
After you have filled out the form, I will then contact you via email with some information that needs to be completed prior to your first appointment (short intake form to help me understand what you’re needing support with), basic details (e.g., medicare number, any referrals, name/DOB etc) and consent and privacy forms.
First appointment - The first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll clarify what’s bringing you in, what you want support with and how we can work together.

Next Steps
Before you leave,
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to coping alone.
You don’t have to have the perfect words.
You don’t have to be in crisis.
You just have to be ready for something to shift.
If this feels like the right space for you, I’d be honoured to support you.
Warmly,
Brittnee
